As the Coronavirus outbreak continues to challenge our everyday life, we wanted to let you know what we are doing to ensure that it is business as usual.
In order to keep our employees and customers safe and to manage our business effectively, we have implemented a few measures in line with public health and government guidelines and will be effective immediately:-
1. We have reduced the need for unnecessary travel.
2. We are doing our upmost to reduce face to face meetings at this time.
*All domestic and commercial work can be discussed, surveyed and completed without actually meeting in person.
*We ask any customers that are feeling unwell or present any symptoms associated with the Coronavirus to have no interactions with any of our team. In a view to helping minimise the spread of infection.
*If you have had any contact directly or indirectly with somebody presenting symptoms, again please only contact us and arrange a survey/ fitting via telephone or email. Please do not make face to face contact with any of our team.
*We strongly urge customers with under lying health issue or over the age of 70 to consider the current situation and the risks associated with social interaction. Again we here to help and if you have any issues regarding guttering, all enquiries can be discussed via telephone conversation or email.
If our customers have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
We will continue to monitor the situation both locally and internationally and will respond, without delay to any new guidelines as soon as they are issued. If there are significant changes we will update you via our website, email and social media platforms.
